WA Economy continues to Grow in 2022 – snapshot of growth, wages, exports, labour force, business investment and population
The WA government have issued highlights of the WA Economy and it looks good.
Generated as of 14th July 2022, there are some keys factors for Western Australians to celebrate:
- $240.3 billion of goods were exported in the year to May 2022. This contributed to 46.8% shares of the National exports to May 2022.
- 1.46 million people employed as of June 2022.
- 3.4% employment rate – this is the lowest across all states.
- $42.1 billion of business investment.
