Paul O’Neill is an industry experienced, and delivery focused technical recruiter with 10 years working across white collar technical recruitment. He is passionate about building strong relationships with his clients and candidates and sees himself as a business builder and advisor; not just your typical recruiter!!! Paul set up the ECi Executive business in 2019 and has a vision to build a successful brand whilst promoting a positive, healthy and collaborative work environment. Paul enjoys all things sport and fitness, listening to audiobooks, spending time at the beach on the weekends or caravanning around WA not to mention the odd glass of red wine or pint of Guinness!!! Paul is a proud husband and father of 3 kids and is community focused with a drive to help others where possible.
