Alisha is an experienced and adaptable recruitment consultant, specialising in white collar permanent and contract positions in the built environment.
Originally from the North of England, Alisha started out her career as a resourcer, predominantly working in the rail industry with Tier 1 contractors. Alisha has since worked across a range of sectors, whilst keeping the main focus on engineering.
Alisha prides herself on withholding long lasting client and candidate relationships, through her knowledge & understanding of engineering within the industries she works in.
Having moved to Perth in 2024 after living in Dubai for a year, Alisha is a keen traveller with her sights next on South Korea for a bucket list trip.
When she’s not in the office, you can find her on the golf course…. more than likely at the 19th hole. She took up golf to get more steps in and challenge herself, (even if she does use the buggy more often than not).
