CALLING OUT TO PERTH WA SITE MANAGERS WITH EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND AND DEMONSTARBLE TRACK RECORD IN COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (WAREHOUSES)
Due to our clients continued growth in Perth WA, an opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join their highly talented team. Our client is seeking a highly organised, motivated, & confident leader.
About The Role:
- Manage or supervise a variety of Perth projects ranging from $5m – $40m.
- Oversee or supervise all operations on site.
- Monitor & maintain project schedules.
- Review project plans & specifications of building design.
- maintain clean & safe work sites.
- Embrace & control a fast-paced working environment.
About You:
- Min 5 years’ experience in Site Management
- WA build experience on $10m + Projects
- Demonstratable track record on Tilt Panel builds (Warehouses/Retail required).
- Must Hold valid Tilt Panel Supervisor Qualification
- Highly organised, ambitious & motivated Leader.
- Proactive & always seeking to improve.
- High attention to detail – Quality mindset
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change and its consequences effectively.
- High standards of personal integrity, self-discipline & responsibility.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
