The Company/Client: 

Out client is not your standard builder, they offer design, construction management and holistic development services to the Western Australia market. 

Essential Requirements:

• Carpentry Trade, Building & Construction Degree OR Similar 
• Commercial D&C project exposure, valued from $5 million 
• Immediate Start for right candidate

Main Responsibilities: 

• Plan, implement, and manage construction tasks in accordance with project priorities.
• Manage client relationships and meet their expectations. 
• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor project expenditure, keeping the budget in check.
• Assist the project management team with overseeing and management of onsite personnel, subcontractors and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure that the project contract is properly coordinated and that tasks are completed to schedule, on time and within budget. 
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
