Essential / Desired Requirements:
- ESSENTIAL > Successful commercial building industry experience
- DESIRED > Minimum of 5+ years’ construction experience
- DESIRED > Degree qualified

The Role:
- Manage & oversee Peth construction projects.
- Recommend & implement improvement initiatives ensuring safety standards are of the highest level.
- Manage all client contract requirements while maintaining quality relationships built on professionalism & trust.
- Drive team productivity & accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide advice & mentorship to the team around you.
- Multitasking & problem-solving are critical requirements for this position.
