Overview:
HSE Advisor – FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster available with a reputable Civil & Infrastructure Contractor, with a pipeline of future projects and job security.
The successful candidates must hold civil contracting or similar experience in the roads, land development, infrastructure, earthworks etc sectors

They work across the civil, metro and mining sectors and are renowned for their positive team culture and for delivering a wide range of engineering and construction services effectively, professionally and safely.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, support and maintain a safety culture within civil projects.
- Coordinate with internal/site teams.
- Liaise directly with government agencies in MRWA, operators in mining and bulk earthworks along with other contractors and stakeholders.
- Assist with the implementation of the HSE Management System on the projects including maintaining relevant registers and databases.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven civil contracting experience in the roads/MRWA, infrastructure, industrial, mining, SMP etc.
- Cert 4 or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of WA HSE legislation, regulations and codes of practice.
- Successfully build working relationships with other contractors, clients and key stakeholders to ensure the safety of works throughout projects.
- Keen attention to detail, organised and methodical in approach to paperwork and other duties.
