Contract Administrator – Build | Fit-Out
Summary
Perth based Contract Administrator with 3+ years’ experience working closely with WA high profile Commercial Build/Fit-Out clients.

The Role
- Assist in managing all commercial & contractual matters in relation to the commercial build/fit-out project.
- Client & subcontractor variations, progress claims & invoicing.
- Prepare, negotiate & let subcontract packages.
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders, administer RFI’s, document control & register.
- Be involved in final accounts & project closeout.
- Attend project meetings with team and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with Project Manager’s and administrative teams.
Essential Experience
- 3+ years CA experience in commercial build/fit-out.
- Understanding of WA’s commercial build contracts, terms, building standards & legal implications.
- Proficient in contractual management software programs.
- Strong written & verbal communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management / business / engineering or a related field.
