Civil Supervisors – Earthworks, Utilities & Drainage – Strong Pipeline of Projects for the next 18 months
Essential criteria:
Location: Perth Metro Area
Position: Full Time Permanent
Salary: $130,000-$160,0000 + Super + Vehicle
Our client is a Civil Construction Contractor with a solid brand and a history of projects working in WA. They have a strong team culture and pipeline to projects for the coming years ahead.
They are currently looking to expand their team with a positive and driven Civil Supervisor specialising in Earthworks, Trenching, Utilities & Drainage.
This company has a collaborative work culture and long-term progression opportunities with a solid portfolio of work across government and private clients.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven civil contracting experience (ideally in Western Australia)
- Previous experience working on urban, water, infrastructure projects
- Ensure all projects are managed on budget, completed on time, and delivered to a high quality with the view to making good margins for the company
- Relay HSEQ rules and regulations, legislation and specific site instructions to team and subcontractors.
- Ensure and plan for the resourcing and efficient use of plant, machinery, equipment and materials on civil projects
- Successfully build working relationships with other contractors, the client and key stakeholders to ensure a continuation of future works and also for the opportunity to get on new tender opportunities
- Work closely with your Site/Project Engineers, Management to ensure efficient delivery, prioritisation & productivity of their projects & crews
Requirements:
- Certified in Civil Construction Supervision or Similar
- Experience working on government projects such as PTA, MRWA, Watercorp, Development WA etc.
- Possess a valid WA Manual Driver’s license
