The Role

• Civil Supervisor – Bulk Earthworks – FIFO 2:1 – IMMEDIATE START

The Company 

A well-known civil contractor within the civil and mining infrastructure space. This company has built up a strong brand and history of projects working in WA. They have a solid portfolio of clients within the civil sector with a strong team culture and pipeline to projects for the coming years.

They are currently looking to expand their team with a positive, driven and experienced Supervisor/Senior Supervisor working FIFO (2:1) with an immediate start.

Skills, Attributes and Experience     

• Experience in civil contracting working as a Supervisor with bulk and detailed earthworks exposure
• Oversee site activities associated with the efficient use of plant, equipment, labour and materials
• Possess a positive and proactive approach to OH&S and instill the values of these companies from a health and safety perspective
• Ensure your crews adhere to the site protocols and ensure they have the right permits and training completed
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment
