About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our client’s team of dedicated professionals. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering detailed designs, documentation, and drafting services for a variety of civil works. This includes roads, earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewer, and water infrastructure. You will produce long sections, cross sections, pipe networks, grading plans, and general arrangements using 12d Model and AutoCAD, ensuring timely and high-quality project outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed designs and documentation for civil works projects, including roads, earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewer, and water infrastructure.
• Develop long sections, cross sections, grading plans, pipe networks, and general arrangement drawings.
• Utilize 12d Model and AutoCAD to produce accurate and efficient drafting deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed within established timeframes and quality standards.
• Support service authority and council submissions, maintaining correct formatting and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other design professionals to interpret survey data, engineering sketches, and service information.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in civil design or drafting.
• Proficiency in 12d Model and AutoCAD is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply survey data, engineering sketches, and service authority information.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
