The Role

• Civil Supervisor position DIDO to Great Southern Region and ongoing projects once completed
• Working on projects for Mainroads WA and other agencies
• 10/4 or 2/1 Roster

Skills, Attributes and Experience    

• Experience in civil contracting working as a Supervisor with roads and bulk and detailed earthworks. 
• Oversee site activities associated with the efficient use of plant, equipment, labor, and materials
• Possess a positive and proactive approach to OH&S and instill the values of these companies from a health and safety perspective
• Ensure your crews adhere to the site protocols and ensure they have the right permits and training completed
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment

They have a good portfolio of clients within the civil sector with a strong team culture and pipeline to projects for the coming years.

With momentum recently gaining in the WA civil and infrastructure sectors they are looking to expand their team with a positive, driven, and experienced Civil Supervisor who is passionate about leading teams and driving productivity with a strong regard for quality and safety. This role will be on a DIDO basis where you will receive a competitive base salary and uplift depending on the project.
