Essential criteria:
x3 Site Manager openings (x2 Perth northern suburbs + x1 Perth southern suburbs)
Commercial/Retail Construction | $25+Million-Dollar Projects
Tilt-Panel experience is ESSENTIAL | $165k-$180k Base+Super+upto $15k allowance
Essential or Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ site management experience in WA’s retail commercial market
- Tilt-Panel experience > essential
- Tilt Panel qualification > desired
- Trade background > desired
About the Roles:
1) Site Manager x2 – Perth Northern Suburbs
- Commercial Retail | new build | immediate start
- $25+ million-dollar project | CIRCA 15 months project timeline
- Salary $165k-$180k plus super & allowance up to $15k
- Report to Project Manager, work with CA & oversee subcontractors
- Established family business with 14+ working years
- x7 commercial construction projects in the future pipeline.
2) Site Manager x1- Perth Southern Suburbs
- Commercial Retail | new build | $30 million project | immediate start
- Salary $165k-$180k plus super & allowance up to $15k
- Report to Project Manager, work with CA & oversee subcontractors
- Reputable company with quality project pipeline for the next 2 years
