As we embark on an ambitious growth journey, we are looking to invest in a high performing & passionate recruitment professional offering them an “established desk” as a Lead Recruitment Consultant in the construction & engineering space.   

The Role | Responsibilities 

  • Actively approach & engage with our existing & prospective clients
  • Manage your own database of candidates & engage new candidates using our various tools & recruitment methodology
  • Consult with your candidates & clients throughout the duration of the recruitment process – delivery & results focused!
  • Continuously strive on growing your desk & seeking out new opportunities to gain market share & increase revenue
  • Add to the culture of the company & help shape the business for the future
  • Attend networking & industry functions – become part of your industry
  • Drive social media presence & engagement for yourself, your network & ECi Executive as a business. 

Required Skills | Experience 

  • Experience in external white-collar recruitment Essential
  • Exposure to the construction, mining, engineering, civil, infrastructure, IT or HR sectors Desired. 
  • Showcase confidence in building professional relationships with high profile clients & candidates. We want you to enjoy your work, engage with your market, be competitive & strive to be the best!
  • Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills.
  • Proven background as a team player. We want you to have fun at work while working in a collaborative, innovative & honest manner.
