The Company/Client:

Our client is an established civil contracting company that operate mainly in the WA markets. They are in a growth phase currently and are looking for a rounded Contracts Administrator who can also assist with project coordination and project management.

About you:

  • Australian civil construction experience ideally working in urban development, subdivisions, roads infrastructure (MRWA)
  • Minimum of 3 years in industry in a contracts administration, project coordination or site/project engineering role (Essential)
  • Ideally degree qualified in construction or civil or similar (Desired)
  • Strong communicator, team player with career growth ambitions – ability to deal with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills – solid commercial acumen would be advantageous.
  • Self-driven & result orientated

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Report to the Project Manager & Operations Manager and collaborate with crew members
  • Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the project while addressing concerns.
  • Maintain quality relationships built on professionalism and trust.
  • Assist in developing project plans, establishing timelines, and identifying resource requirements.
  • Create project schedules, ensuring that tasks are properly sequenced, and deadlines are met
  • Recommend and implement improvement initiatives ensuring safety standards are of the highest level
  • Assist with other project documentation such as Tender Documentation, Cost Budgets, Project Reporting Documents and Project Tracking.
