Sarmon is passionate about the industry and makes sure to get it right the first time! As a recruiter, he strives to develop valued relationships through providing a quality, efficient, and consistent service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process and thereafter.

Sarmon is an avid Newcastle United supporter and was previously a season ticket holder, he loves to keep fit and regularly plays football/soccer, he is a keen motorcycle enthusiast and owns an Indian Motorcycle which he likes to get out on the road as much as he can.
