The Position: 
 
This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition / HR Advisor with a strong understanding of Blue & White-Collar recruitment. You will lead all activities related to the delivery or HR and recruitment services to the business, ensuring business continuity and optimal people processes. Skills and Experience: 

• Human Resource Management Degree OR Human Resource Management Diploma OR Senior HR/ Recruitment Coordinator with a minimum of + 5 years
• Experience in Recruiting Blue & White collars within an engineering, fabrication, construction or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HR processes to ensure employee wellbeing and longevity.
• Solutions-focused individual and driven to deliver results.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead a team to achieve objectives.
• Strong IT literacy with the ability to use the MS Office suite.
